AW Manual Wall Mounted Rotating Eye Chart [Pack of 1]
This modern white 4-Sided Test Type is manufactured using environmentally friendly materials where possible and is supplied with a wall mount. Selection of the required illuminated panel is achieved by manually rotating the the upper section of the unit.
Supplied with four 6m charts in the upper sections and a Douchrome (letter), Worth Four Dot, Spot and FRIEND panels in the lower section. The unit is illuminated internally using LED multi-point panels and is available in direct or reverse format – please state which is required when ordering.

- Non-Faulty Products: Notify us within 3 working days if unsatisfied. Return the product in original condition at your cost for a credit note.
