BD Critical Care blood collection syringes can be used to collect blood from the

patient's artery. They contain spray-dried calcium-balanced Heparin that enables the specimen to be analysed for ABG's and the host of critical care analytes

BD A line syringes are used for blood collection by manual aspiration. They can be used for arterial of venous blood collection from an arterial of IV line, and exist in 1ml slip tip and 3ml BD Luer Lok syringes.
