The A281 / 1000062 skull model is presented in 6 parts and represents a complete midsagitally sectioned skull. The skull cap and skull base can be disassembled into two parts; the mandible and nasal septum are also removable and the lower jaw of the skull is flexible to effectively demonstrate a realistic mastication. Because BONElike is such a versatile material, the more fragile parts of a human skull which would not often be present in a real example, are presented here in fine detail which allows students to take their time in studying even the most delicate parts such as the styloid process and the sphenoidal spine.
