HyClone RPMI 1640 medium by Cytiva undergoes rigorous quality control testing to ensure consistent performance from batch to batch. Specifically formulated to support cell culture growth, this medium is optimized for use with HyClone sera to ensure maximum efficacy and homogeneity. Available with or without L-glutamine, and optionally with HEPES, this medium offers flexibility to suit various cell culture requirements. For added convenience, RPMI 1640 formulations without L-glutamine, as well as lyophilized powder options, are also available. Each batch of HyClone RPMI 1640 culture medium is hydrated using purified process water and filtered through a 0.1 µm filter to ensure sterility and purity.
