Supports cell growth in research and biomanufacturing cell culture processes. HyClone RPMI 1640 medium is extensively quality control tested to ensure lot-to-lot consistency. Medium efficacy and homogeneity of RPMI 1640 is tested with HyClone sera. HyClone RPMI solution with L-glutamine is available with or without HEPES. RPMI 1640 formulations without L-glutamine as well as RPMI lyophilized powder are also available. HyClone RPMI 1640 culture medium is hydrated using purified process water and is filtered through a 0.1 µm filter.
