EarDoc Non-Invasive Ear Treatment Device
The Eardoc offers a fast, effective and non-invasive means of treating ear infections and conditions including otitis media, swimmers ear and other causes of ear pain causes in children and adults.
Approximately 75% of children up to the age of four suffer from earache caused by the accumulation of liquids and air in the middle ear. Similar problems are experienced by swimmers, divers and air travellers
The EarDoc is an efficient and proven device that reduces the ear pain by treating the causes rather than the symptoms. The device significantly reduces the need for ear tube surgery (myringotomy) by gently opening the closed ear tube and allowing trapped fluids to dry naturally.
EarDoc generates a series of special waves that are transmitted through the bone and the ear base to the middle ear and the eustachian tube. These waves ease the pressure and drain the trapped fluids, reducing edema and consequently pain.
A typical five minute treatment with EarDoc soothes pain and relieves the patient.
