Frac Immobiliser 5 Straps

Frac-Immobilisers are a simple method of splinting and immobilising suspected limb fractures while helping to prevent further damage to surrounding nerves and tissue prior to hospital treatment. Each immobiliser can accommodate a splint board to provide extra support and extend the length of the splint. Frac-Immobilisers are easy to use and the Velcro strapping secures the splint around the injured limb. Frac-Immobilisers do not require any extra equipment. The immobiliser is X-ray translucent and can remain in place during X-ray making it more comfortable for the patient. The comfort of the casualty is also maintained with the use of further padding. Frac-Immobilisers can be wipe cleaned and can be reused. Come in 3 different sizes.
