LiquiBand is a sterile single use cyanoacrylate tissue adhesive designed for the closure of both trauma and minor surgical wounds.LiquiBand’s unique ‘no sting’, high strength attributes coupled with ease of use have made it the product of choice in the majority of Accident and Emergency units in the UK.
LiquiBand is suitable for use on minor wounds where the edges approximate readily and where the wound is not under tension. Wounds under tension need to have appropriate subcutaneous sutures placed prior to adhesive application. LiquiBand seals the wound and removes the need for dressings.
