Coolmed Classic 2-8°C Isothermic Bag [Pack of 1]

The MediGenix CoolMeds isothermic bag was created with high-quality materials to safely transport temperature-sensitive medicine between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius for 12 to 18 hours*. We understand that travelling might be stressful enough without having to worry about bringing 2-8°C medicine with you. It is critical that the drug does not become too heated, as this can create an excellent habitat for bacteria to flourish and break down the chemicals. If it gets too cold and freezes, it will defrost when the temperature rises.

The incorporated digital thermometer gives the user peace of mind by allowing them to check the bag's inside temperature without having to open it. To keep things in the best possible position in the carry bag, there are four elasticated product loops and a netted pouch (suitable for vials, syringes and pens). As a rule of thumb, the inside space can hold four pens measuring up to 18cm long and 1.8cm in diameter. The bag is constructed of high-quality cloth on the inside and canvas on the outside for optimal insulation.

It includes two CoolMeds Cold Packs with double outer covers, which provide a longer chilling effect and increased durability over time. Two CoolMeds Buffer packs are included, which absorb excess cold and protect medicine from freezing or overcooling. Batteries for the internal thermometer (2 x AG13 batteries) are also supplied.
