Melolin Sterile Low Adherent Absorbent Dressing 10cm x 10cm [Pack of 100]

Melolin consists of a highly absorbent cotton and polyester fibre pad with a hydrophobic backing layer which is heat bonded on one side to a very thin perforated polyester film. The film side of the dressing is placed next to the wound.

• Low Adherent perforated film: This allows for rapid drainage of exudate, reducing truama to healing tissue
• Highly absorbent cotton/ acrylic pad: This pad cushions and protects, offering great comfort for the patients and minimising the pain on removal. This pad is special in a way that it retains its integrity when cut. This inert and non-sensitising pad significantly delays time to strike through, therefore requiring fewer dressing changes. This pad is available in sterile and bulk formats.
