This educational model displays a magnified section of a left kidney, delicately modelled to portray the primary anatomical details and overall structure. The pelvis is partially removed to display the renal papillae. The kidney model also shows the renal pyramids, interlobular vessels, renal arteries and veins. Intricate colouring identifies the renal capsule within the hilus and its continuity with the pelvis.
The kidney model comes mounted on a stand and includes a key card.
