"Oscar" is a high quality reproduction of a male adult skeleton, hand assembled in Germany by Erler Zimmer. Features of the Oscar Skeleton model include:

• The teeth have been manufactured individually and inserted into the jaw.
• The limbs have been attached with a quick fastener for easy removal and re-attachment to the skeleton.
• The shoulder, knee and hip joints offer a sliding joint movement using flexible rubber attachments.
• "Oscar" is anatomically correct and complete: his bones correspond with human bones in size and show all important structures and foramina.
• The spine demonstrates the spinal nerves, vertebral artery and a disc prolapse (nb: spine is not flexible)
• The approx. 200 bones of the skeleton correspond closely with real human bones in size and weight.

The "Oscar" skeleton can be displayed from the ceiling or from the supplied five-castor safety stand. The stable mounting and robust structure guarantees long lasting quality even with intensive use.
