Adult sensors can be too big to accommodate childrens fingers thus Rossmax have designed a paediatric sensor to address this.
The PC100 is comparable to the adult sensor, it is simply smaller.
What is the mechanism behind it?
To open the probe, press the clip at the end. After that, insert a finger into the probe and close it. After connecting the probe to the pulse oximeter, it is ready to use.
