This transparent model of a human jaw shows both the teeth and their roots. The dental model is designed to show both normal dentition and occlusion on one side and multiple pathologies on the other.
Pathologies shown by the transparent jaw model include peridontal disease, impacted canine, super eruption, fractured tooth, apical alveolar absecess with caries, lateral abscess, root canal with crown, irregular root curvature, horizontal impact, attrition, radicular pulpitis, tooth implant, external resorption of root and fractured root.
The jaw is hinged to enable full inspection of the model and is ideal for demonstrating a range of dental issues to patients or students.
